Racisme et antisémitisme : une condamnation attendue !

La cour d’appel du tribunal de Bordeaux a rendu le 22 octobre 2010 son délibéré dans le cadre du procès (intenté par le BNVCA (Le Bureau National de Vigilance Contre l’Antisémitisme) et l’association Avocats Sans Frontières) intenté à une multirécidiviste de la haine antisémite sévissant dans les grandes surfaces commerciales Françaises.
 
Pour mémoire, Mademoiselle Sakina Arnaud née Khimoun, avait déjà été condamnée en 2005 à une amende de 300 euros par la cour d'appel de Bordeaux pour des faits similaires. La cour avait cependant requalifié les faits en "dégradation légère". Le 10 février 2010, le tribunal correctionnel de Bordeaux  l’a condamnait à 1 000 € d’amende, cette membre active et militante de la LDH (Ligue des Droits de l’Homme) qui avait reçu le soutien inconditionnel de MRAp (*) avait été reconnue coupable de « provocation à la discrimination et à la haine raciale» condamnation confirmée en appel. Cette femme ce pourvoit en cassation rappelons que la cour de cassation ne s’intéresse qu’à la forme et que mademoiselle Sakina Arnaud est et reste une antisémite.

Outre l'incitation à la haine raciale, mademoiselle Arnaud militante de la LDH avaient multiplié les proclamations injurieuses et mensongères à l’égard d’Israël. En mai dernier, cette femme de 54 ans avait été interpellée dans un hypermarché de Mérignac  en train d’apposer des autocollants «boycott apartheid Israël». Ceux-ci comportaient un dessin représentant un mur avec mirador stylisé sous la forme d’un code barres avec une tache rouge. Lors de l’audience du 13 janvier 2010, l’adhérente active et militante de la Ligue des Droits de l’Homme avait reçu le soutient de Marie Bové, fille de José Bové et membre de la liste Europe Ecologie aux prochaines régionales. La Ligue des Droits de l’homme est dirigée sur Bordeaux par Gérard Boulanger, tête de liste du Front de gauche ( il y en a ras le Front de ces antisémites) aux régionales de mars. Dit moi qui tu fréquente je te dirais qui tu est.

Le tribunal a rendu un jugement qui ne satisfait que très partiellement notre mouvement. De nombreux autres procès sont en cours contre ces « militants », du MRAP, de la LDH, du PCF, du PS, du NPA, qui appartiennent à cette idéologie islamo-gaucho-fasciste où l’antisémitisme doctrinal ne pouvait guère se perpétuer qu’en se débaptisant ; ils l’ont fait ! Ce remplacement du « juif » par le « sioniste » est plus qu’un artifice rhétorique ; ce qui s’y révèle c’est la mutation de la pensée totalitaire marxiste. Le propre de leur idéologie est d’invoquer des figures sois disant humanistes et culturelles pour promouvoir leurs intérêts.

Notre collectif restera très attentif à ce que tous ces gauchistes marxistes racistes antisémites soient condamnés avec la plus extrême sévérité et rappelle que cette lutte contre l’antisémitisme doit être également l'affaire de tous les défenseurs des droits de l'homme qui doivent redoubler de vigilance et répondre au développement de la haine raciste antisémite déchaînée par ces véritables boutes feu de la haine du Parti communiste Français, de la Ligue des Droits de l’homme en passant par Les « Verts », les « Associations » d’Islamistes et l’ultra gauche notoirement antisémite par des actions fermes et vigoureuses.

A l'heure où les actions racistes et antisémites se multiplient dans la France entière et où les populations juives et Française de souche font l'objet d'un déferlement de haine, ce jugement permet de rappeler aux proclamateurs de propos haineux que l’antisémitisme n'est pas une opinion mais un délit.

Racism and Antisemitism: expected a conviction !

The Court of Appeal of Bordeaux court issued October 22, 2010 in its deliberations during the trial (brought by the BNVCA (National Bureau of Vigilance Against Anti-Semitism) and the association Lawyers Without Borders) filed a habitual offender of anti-Semitic hatred rampant in the French hypermarket. 

For the record, Miss Sakina Arnaud Khimoune born, had already been sentenced in 2005 to a fine of 300 euros by the appeals court in Bordeaux for similar offenses. The court, however, had reclassified the facts "light degradation. On 10 February 2010, the Criminal Court sentenced him to Bordeaux € 1,000 fine, the active and militant member of the LDH (Ligue des Droits de l'Homme), which had received the full support of MRAP (*) had been convicted of "provoking discrimination and racial hatred" conviction upheld on appeal. The woman appealed to the Cassation recalled that the Supreme Court is only interested in shape and miss Sakina Arnaud is and remains an anti-Semite.

Besides inciting racial hatred, miss Arnaud activist LDH had increased the abusive and deceptive proclamations against Israel. Last May, this 54 year old woman was arrested in a supermarket Mérignac trying to affix stickers "Boycott Apartheid Israel." These included a drawing of a wall with watchtower stylized form of a barcode with a red spot. At the hearing on January 13, 2010, the active and militant adherent of the League of Human Rights had received the support of Marie Bové, daughter of José Bové and member of the list for the next European Regional Ecology. The League of Human Rights is headed to Bordeaux by Gerard Baker, head of the Left Front list (there are flush with the front of these anti-Semitic) to regional in March. Tell me who you frequent I'll tell you who you are.
The court ruled that only partially meets our movement. Many other trials are in progress against these "militants", the MRAP, LDH, the PCF, the PS, the NPA, which belong to this ideology Islamo-fascist gaucho-Semitism where doctrine could hardly be perpetuated that 'by renaming; they did! This replacement of "Jewish" by "Zionist" is more than rhetorical, it is revealed that the mutation of the totalitarian Marxist thought. The characteristic of their ideology is to invoke figures'm saying to promote humanistic and cultural interests.
Our group will remain very attentive to what all these leftists are anti-Semitic racist Marxists condemned with the utmost severity and recalls that this fight against anti-Semitism must also be the concern of all advocates of human rights which must redouble vigilance and to respond to the development of racist anti-Semitic hatred unleashed by these true incendiary hatred of the French Communist Party, the League of Human Rights through the "Greens", the "Associations" of Islamists and The ultra left notoriously anti-Semitic actions by firm and vigorous.
At a time when the racist and antisemitic multiplied throughout France, where French and Jewish populations of strain are subject to a flood of hate, this ruling serves as a reminder to the proclamations of hatred that anti-Semitism is not an opinion but a crime.
